We're a couple (real wife involved) planning on going to CVE, Annabell's, or Laura's, as soon as, we receive some kind of reply to our posted topic. We always travel out of state for situation like this, for discretionary reasons. BUT,,we need a little information about these places before wasting gas and time. Adult theaters and video booth work for our spur of the moment lifestyle. SO,,we could use a few informational replies to our post if a few of the group members would be so kind. Give enough information by a few group members, We'd like to invite those members that help us out.
Let us know more about those theaters and bookstores around these areas. Are there gloryholes, are couples allow to set in any area or do they have to set in a couples area within the theaters? Is it dark enough to have some kind of privacy and is there areas that better allow for "SAFETY"? Please stay in touch. We'll keep you informed as to a date and time.

We (couple) have plans to go experience a theater and/or Adult Bookstore video booth GH in the near future. But, need to know a little more information about theaters and/or adult bookstore with GHs booth in the North Carolina area. Preferably some where between Gastonia and Charlton.
1. Which place is the most couple, female friendly??
Hours of operation?
Cost?
2. What kind of atmosphere can we expect to see?
Is it clean?
Is there seating in the booths? Is it comfortable seats?
Is it a friendly place, both ownership, management, and
clientele?
3. Is there a theater, video booths, both single and group?
Do they have glory holes?
4. When is the best day, time to see the most clientele
there?
5. Are there other couples, females, straight males there?
6. Has it ever been busted by the law? If so, how often?
This and other question will been to be answer "IF" there is
enough interest within this group, as well as, activity. !

Here's information we've received from members in or around those areas. These adult bookstores and/or theaters do have web-site information. Gastonia, NC...I-85 Exit 17, Hwy 321(N), on the right hand side about 1/2 mile. Carolina Video Exchange. It has 3 theater only, NO booths with glory holes.

CVE has 3 theaters that are for anyone who wants to go in there. No seating differences (couples and singles mix) in any of their theaters. People do play there and the lighting is pretty low so you can do just about anything you want to do. As long as most people are seated in the theaters nothing is ever said to you no matter what is going on. If hallways are blocked or people are hovering and not seated they do have people disperse for fire safety reasons. CVE also has a couples room where anything goes. It is couples only. If you get lucky another couple is there with you. Most attendance is on Saturdays and sometimes Wednesdays cause couples get in free then. CVE is kept very clean and neat. Safety from other people attending and from getting caught is not a problem at all at CVE. For a couple it is the one I would recommend. The men that attend there will do whatever the couples ask of them. Some say leave us alone and I've never seen a problem. Very respectful crowd.

OTHER ADULT BUSINESSES TO MENTION:
Here's a run-down of the bookstores and gloryholes that others know about in the area, and we've left out places that were mention that are just too sleazy to contemplate (like Xsightment Video in Durham). We're putting it in order for your gloryhole needs, not the general "best bookstore" order.
1. Pegasus Video is the cleanest, has the most patient clientele, and patrons have almost no hassle from the management. Most people who go are married, mostly-straight or closeted guys, with the occasional gay guy thrown in, but you wouldn't have to worry about them since they wouldn't come into the booth if you're in there. It's nice because it doesn't have a $10 charge to enter the theater. If you don't feed money when you're in the booths, you will incur the wrath of management, and sometimes they will go after two men in a booth (usually not male-female couples though), and otherwise they will leave you alone. This place has my highest recommendation. It is also quite active at lunchtime any weekday, and around quitting time, 5-7pm, because married men tend to go there on the way home from work. After that time, the odds of finding anyone worthwhile (that is, younger than 70) are quite slim. On weekends it picks up sometime after noon and is busy until about 5 or 6pm. Some of the guys who come on weekends are students and younger straight guys.
2. Videos for the Mature is horrifying. The clientele are creepy, the place is decades-old dirty, and there aren't many booths. I've never seen a couple go here, and I wouldn't touch any that would. I've seen plenty of prostitutes and I have mostly gone in occasionally out of morbid curiosity. Lunchtime is busy, as is the 5-7 shift.
3. Aphrodite's used to be dirty and couples friendly, and it was the #1 place to go a few years back because couples were treated well and loved the place. There were at least 5 couples a week who came and had fun, and sometimes it was just wild, couples would do their thing with the door open just for show, or they even might open the door and take all comers. Because of this they had an unbelievable amount of business, which is what piqued my curiosity and brought me into the arcade from the store section for the first time ever, some years back. The clientele used to be a lot of straight businessmen in suit and tie, people who don't go into other bookstores.
Now the place is under new management, it is remodeled to be quite nice inside, with working booths now, but it has a hostile management team. I haven't seen a couple in there for more than a year now. If you go as a couple, the woman has to go into the booth alone and the guy has to wait outside, or the crazy lady who runs the place will get vicious. Now the hours are cut back and they're not open very late, though in any bookstore after midnight or so, there are a lot of gay people who leave the bars and show up there, so you wouldn't be interested anyway.
#4. Our Place in downtown Raleigh. Gay--Very Gay--crowd. Super generous gloryholes that you can almost crawl through, mostly so that sex can occur between the booths. There are about 6 booths where you can invite in company for sex. Each has a high bench/table that you can bend over or get up onto. I have met couples in here a few times and these are the couples who are wide open and have no fear whatsoever. The problem is, there are so many people who are strictly gay, that the couples need to be there for hours to find a few bi or straight guys for the woman to play with.
Other honorable mentions:
Capital Blvd News: It is unclean but full of people almost all the time, and that draws the crowds the most. I think about 60% of the time, couples go here, and sometimes single women show up. I don't really mention it because there are no gloryholes AT ALL. The place is crammed full of straight and bi guys hoping for couples action, and I have even seen couples run into each other and play together or swap. All the action happens in the theaters, right in the open, though some couples, because of the pressure of the hundred observers, will go into the biggest booth and invite people in for oral sex or whatever.
Triangle Video: Also owned by the folks who brought you Capital, this is a much cleaner place, almost as busy, and about 25% of the time, couples and single women go here. No gloryholes at all. People turn off the TVs in the theater and play in the dark. There's probably an equal number of straight, gay, bi, and married types here. Couples generally go into the first straight theater and put on a show or perform oral sex right in the theater.
That's pretty much it. People might be able to add more detail on other places if they think they're appropriate. I avoid the other places generally.
